If you compared yourself to a bush growing along a fence row, how strong would you be? Could you handle this cold weather or the strong winds? It all comes down to our roots, doesn’t it! Spiritually speaking, it is no different. Without spiritual roots we don’t stand much of a chance against the storms that blow into our lives.

 For the next several weeks, we’re going to use The Apostle’s Creed to help us see what condition our roots are in. As a church we don’t use creeds to define us or what we believe, but it will serve as a good tool for some personal examination. Join us on Sunday mornings at 9 and 10:30. Bring your Bibles, and maybe a guest or two, and be prepared to strengthen your roots.

You are invited to join us at Baptism Sunday on 3/30! The CrossWalk has always been a church for broken people, a place where the brokenness can be covered over by the death and resurrection of Jesus. We want to celebrate those who have made the choice to surrender their lives to Jesus and be baptized and will be having a Baptism celebration after the 10:30am service. If you have questions about baptism or you would like to be baptized on 3/20, please contact the church at hello@crosswalkunion.org.

It will be a day to celebrate changed lives and praise a God who is more than we can imagine.

We are supporting the Little Food Pantry initiative in our community. If you have extra please help us keep our box stocked with non-perishable food items and personal care products. If you are in need, please visit our Little Food Pantry and take what you need. Together we can take care of our community.

Calling all ladies. If you are looking for a place to enjoy community, have fun, and grow your relationship with Jesus, then you are encouraged to participate in the women’s group. This group meets on the first Sunday of each month from 2-4pm. A schedule of the special events planned throughout the year is available on the table in the lobby.

The Impact Student Ministry is a place where you can discover your purpose, build healthy friendships, and learn how to make good life choices. If you are in the 6th thru 12th grade, you and your friends are invited to join us on Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30 PM. Oh, and did we mention all of the fun you will have?
